Normal Loan is granted to members three times of non-withdrawable deposits and the funds will be used for development purpose such as acquisition of land or plot, construction projects, acquisition of personal or business vehicles etc.
Loan Features:
- Loan Amount: Loan amount is 3 times the non-withdrawable deposits up to a maximum limit of Kshs 5 million
- Repayment Period: Within 36 months.
- Interest Rate: Interest shall be charged on reducing balance.
- Collateral: Applied loan amount should be fully secured with a minimum of 3 guarantors.
