This is a loan granted to members four times of non-withdrawable deposits and the funds will be used for development purpose such as acquisition of land or plot, construction projects, acquisition of personal or business vehicles etc.
Loan Features:
- Loan Amount: Loan amount is 4 times the non-withdrawable deposits up to a maximum limit of Kshs. 8 Million.
- Repayment Period: Within 48 months
- Interest Rate: Interest shall be charged on amortization basis.
- Collateral: Applied loan amount should be fully secured with a minimum of 5 guarantors.
